Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

All herbs, teas & essential oils products are subject to availability; our inventory and prices on these items change often and rapidly. If you order an item that has become out of stock, we will refund that part of your order.

HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?

Shipping will be calculated and charged at the time of checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently only ship to the United States.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

While we are a small team, we do our best to process and ship every order within 48 hours. We typically ship with USPS and have seen most packages arrive within three to seven business days.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED OR RUSH PROCESSING OR SHIPPING?

Rush orders can be requested and handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@vero-vivida-herbals.com if you have an urgent need.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been packed and prepared to ship. If you are still waiting to receive an email within two business days, email info@vero-vivida-herbals.com to inquire.

CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?

Typically, we cannot return any loose-leaf tea order because it is a food item and essential oil nasal inhalers because of the type of personal use it implies. If there is a problem with your purchase, a refund or replacement will be given on a case-by-case basis. Please email info@vero-vivida-herbals.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order and it has already shipped, please take a look at our policy regarding returns and refunds.
